Learning Objective:Improving the professional competencies of primary care doctors in interpreting erythrocyte and platelet indices, identifying hidden deficiency conditions and timely recognition of life-threatening conditions (TTP, HUS, DIC). At the end of the lesson, students should clearly differentiate physiological abnormalities (gestational thrombocytopenia) from pathological ones, master the “red flags” algorithm and the protocol for routing patients to a hematologist.
